Our products are guaranteed against hardware and/or fabric defects on items purchased through authorized LÍLLÉbaby retailers for up to two years. Proof of purchase is required. We stand behind all of our products and will replace a defective product, free of charge, during the warranty period.

Please note that our Happiness Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use of product, accidents, spills or defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations. All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller, buy/sell/trade groups, or from one of our Sample Sales are also not covered under our Guarantee. If you are experiencing one of these issues, please contact us at customerservice@lillebaby.com as we may be able to offer suggestions for cleaning or provide further assistance.

In the case where the originally purchased item is no longer available, we will work directly with the individual customer to select a similar product replacement.

LÍLLÉbaby will not be held responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the product and to products purchased from an authorized retailer in United States of America.
